WallUs · a private, shared photo book
Something not working, or a question about your book? Write to us and a person will read it.
Email: [email protected]
We usually reply within two working days. Telling us your device and iOS version, and what you were doing when it went wrong, gets you a useful answer much faster.
Open the book, tap the invite button, and share the short code or the link. Whoever opens it joins that book — and only that book. You choose whether they can edit it or only read it.
WallUs has no account and no password, so a recovery key is what moves a book to a new device. On the old phone, open Settings and find "Keep your book safe", then save the key somewhere you will still have it later. On the new phone, choose "Restore from a recovery key" and type it in. The book moves across; it is not copied.
Without that key there is no way for us to identify your book or return it to you. That is the cost of an app that never asks who you are — please save it before you need it.
Only the people invited to that book. There is no public feed, no discovery, no followers, and nothing is shared outside it unless you export it yourself.
Leaving a book is in that book's settings. Deleting your account and everything in it is in Settings, under "Delete my account" — it erases your books and their photos from our servers, and it cannot be undone.
Photos stored in iCloud rather than on the device have to be downloaded first, which needs a connection. If one keeps failing, try it on Wi-Fi, and tell us if it still will not go.
Purchases and renewals are handled by Apple. To view, change or cancel a subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue them ourselves.
What we store, why, and for how long is set out in the privacy policy.
