WallUs is a private shared photo book. These terms are the agreement between you and us about using it. They are written to be read, not to be skipped — it is a short document because the app does a small number of things.

By using WallUs you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

Who we are

WallUs is operated by Leo Giroux (sole proprietor), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach a person at [email protected].

What WallUs is

A book you create and fill together with people you invite. You choose the cover, add pages, and tape photos, videos, voice notes, text notes and stickers onto them. Everyone invited to a book sees and can react to what is in it; editors can also add to it and rearrange it.

There is no public feed, no followers, and no discovery. A book is visible only to the people invited to it.

Your age

WallUs is for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, please do not create an account. Family books often include children — where they do, the book is created and managed by an adult, who is responsible for what is put into it.

Your account

WallUs does not ask for an email address, a phone number, or a password. Your account is anonymous, and your recovery key is the only way to move your book to a new phone. Keep it safe: we cannot see it, and we cannot recover it for you. Anyone who has your recovery key can move your book to their device.

What you put in a book

You keep ownership of everything you add. By adding it, you give the other members of that book the ability to see it, and you give us the limited permission we need to store it, sync it between members, and show it back to you — nothing else. We do not use your content to advertise, to train models, or to show to anyone outside your book.

You are responsible for what you add. Only add content you have the right to share, and only add photos or videos of other people when they are comfortable being in that book.

Content and behaviour we do not allow

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on WallUs. Do not use the app to add, send, or share:
